Chinese Julienne salad

  • (All vegetables prepared julienne style)
  • ½ cup yellow bell pepper
  • ½ cup red bell pepper
  • ½ cup green bell pepper
  • ½ cup zucchini
  • ½ cup carrot
  • ½ cup celery
  • ½ cup shiitake mushroom
  • ¼ cup sesame seeds
  • 4 tbsp. sesame oil
  • Sea salt and pepper (to taste)


Mix all ingredients together, and add 2 tbsp. of the sesame oil to salad. Season with sea salt and pepper. Place salad on two plates and drizzle another tbsp. of sesame oil over each salad portion.
