The bee's knees

  • 2 oz. honey
    1 oz. hot water
    1 tsp. bee pollen granules
    2 oz. gin
    1 oz. lemon juice
    1 sprig lavender


Mix honey with hot water to dissolve into a syrup. Place bee pollen in a shaker tin and muddle. Add honey syrup, gin, lemon juice and ice to the tin. Cover and shake for 5 to 10 seconds. Place a strainer over the tin and pour contents into an ice-filled glass. Garnish with lavender.

Serves 1
