Brussels sprouts: Go ahead and try some!

These aren't your parents' brussels sprouts. The new varieties farmers plant today taste better than ever. Santa Cruz County farmer Steve Bontadelli suggests sautéing or roasting the veggie, cooking methods that not only preserve the sprouts' sweet flavor but also preserve the nutrients important in fighting cancer.
