Cocktail aficionados, take note of this popular beverage. Mentone’s version is essentially a “white/clear” version of the classic “broken” negroni.

1 oz. Cap Corse blanc (blue label)
1 oz. Luxardo Bitter Bianca
Prosecco
Lemon twist

Build the first 2 ingredients in a rocks glass over a large cube. Top with prosecco. Quick stir with a twist of lemon.
