Stiff and skinny margarita

Clean and simple, this cocktail is a refreshing addition to any meal.

To print this recipe, choose a print size:



2 oz. tequila
2 oz. cucumber juice
1/2 oz. fresh lemon juice
1/2 oz. fresh lime juice
Basil leaf and cucumber slice, for garnish
Orange bitters (optional)


Place tequila in a shaker with ice. Add cucumber juice, followed by lemon and lime juices. Shake well and strain into a cocktail glass. Add ice to glass and garnish with a basil leaf and cucumber slice. (To release the aromatics of the basil leaf, lay it on your palm and give it a light, friendly smack!) Add a dash of orange bitters to the top of drink, if you wish.
