Summer fruit dessert tacos

"It's really easy to switch it up" when making fruit tacos, Guerrero said. For example, choose different fruit or drizzle the tortilla with jam or caramel sauce rather than chocolate sauce.

To print this recipe, choose a print size:



1 tsp. butter
2 flour tortillas
1 tbsp. olive oil
1 banana, halved
2 tbsp. chocolate sauce
3 strawberries, chopped
Whipped cream and finely diced mint


Melt butter in a sauté pan and warm tortillas. In a separate pan, heat olive oil until it almost smokes.

Cook banana about 2 minutes per side or until caramelized. Drizzle chocolate sauce on tortilla, top with banana and strawberries, and garnish with whipped cream and mint.

Serves 2
