Ingredients
1 ½ ounce bourbon
1 ½ ounce aperol
1 ½ ounce Italian amaro (such as Amaro Nonino or Ramazotti)
1 ½ ounce fresh squeezed lemon juice (Meyer lemon if you have it)
2 cups of ice cubes
Lemon slice for garnish
Instructions
Put all ingredients (minus lemon slice) in blender and blend on high for 1 minute.
Pour into cocktail glass and garnish with lemon slice.
Makes two slushies
