Grilled Brussels sprouts on the stalk

Brussels sprouts on the stalk


Heat chopped fresh garlic, olive oil and butter in a skillet for 5 to 7 minutes. Remove from heat. Baste stalks with oil/garlic mixture, and sprinkle with Italian seasoning, salt and pepper. Wrap stalks in foil completely and place on grill. Grill for 30 to 45 minutes over medium heat. Open foil, remove stalks and grill for 5 more minutes, basting again. Enjoy!
