The trek begins in Petaluma at Marin French Cheese Co., where we get a lesson in creating a delicious cheeseboard. Then it's off to Spenker Family Farm, which is a Grade A goat dairy. The show also makes a stop at a longstanding Central Valley farmstead before checking out the only artisan goat cheese maker in Fresno County. Finally, to cap off the show, we meet San Diego's CheeseSmith and get a taste of the curds paired with locally brewed beer.
