Boonville Barn Collective is a female-owned farm in the resource-rich Anderson Valley of Northern California, where they’ve been producing distinctive chile powders for more than a decade. Piment d’Ville is their signature take on the coveted Basque Piment d’Espelette. Thanks to a climate with warm days and cool nights, Boonville Barn Collective has become the most significant source for this peppery, sweet, mildly spicy chile powder outside of Europe.
