Outta Pocket Farm is a small, family-owned farm started in early 2024. It’s located in Sacramento’s Pocket neighborhood and sits alongside the Sacramento River. The farm’s flowers are sold to local florists, plus they have an on-site flower cart, and also bring their bounty to a neighborhood farmer’s market.
