  • 4 oz. apricot jam
    1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
    1/4 cup pineapple juice
    4 tbsp. tomato paste
    1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 tbsp. chopped pickled jalapeño
    1 tbsp. smoked paprika
    Juice of 1/2 lemon
    Salt and pepper, to taste


Blend ingredients in a blender, then transfer to a saucepan and simmer on stovetop for 5 minutes. Cool before serving.

Makes about 1 1/2 cups.
