Pesto spaghetti squash

  • Spaghetti squash
    Chicken pieces
    Pesto (homemade or purchased)


Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Bake spaghetti squash whole on a baking sheet for about 45 minutes. Remove seeds and use a fork to pull the "meat" from the squash. Barbecue chicken on a grill or bake in the oven. Cube chicken and toss with pieces of squash. Spread pesto over chicken and squash to serve.
