Blueberry corn salad

  • 2 cups (or so) loose greens
  • 1/2 cup blueberries
  • 1/2 cup corn kernels (can be thawed frozen ones or canned)
  • 2 tbsp. crumbled feta cheese
  • Red wine vinegar, to taste


Toss greens, blueberries, corn and cheese in a bowl. Dress with a little vinegar and enjoy!
