Cherry-apricot crisp

  • 2 cups apricots, washed and quartered
  • 3 cups cherries, washed and pitted
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 3 tbsp. flour
  • Juice and zest of 1 lemon
  • Nutmeg (optional, to taste)
  • Almonds (to taste)
  • 1/3 cup butter or margarine


Mix fruit with sugar, flour, lemon juice and melted butter. Add to baking dish and top with almonds. Bake in preheated 375-degree oven for 30 minutes.
