Sautéed broccolini with Bing cherries

  • 2 bunches of broccolini
  • 2 tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 large cloves of garlic, sliced paper thin
  • Pinch of chili flakes
  • 12 cherries, stemmed and pitted
  • Salt and pepper, to taste


Blanch broccolini in boiling salted water for 90 seconds. Drain well. Sauté garlic and chili flakes in olive oil for 30 seconds over medium heat. Add broccolini and sauté for 1 minute more. Add cherries. Season with salt and pepper. Serve immediately.
