Tomato bruschetta

  • 6 vine-ripened tomatoes
    6 cloves garlic, whole
    1 bunch basil, chopped
    Drizzle of Bella Vado Extra Virgin Avocado Oil
    Slices of grilled bread
    Salt and freshly ground pepper, to taste


Cut tomatoes in half and arrange on a platter with garlic and chopped basil. Drizzle some avocado oil on top of the bread slices, rub the bread with some garlic, squeeze and rub the tomato on the bread. Finish with basil and a little salt and pepper.

Serves 4 to 6 as an appetizer
