Ingredients

1/2 lb. grapes
1/2 tbsp. canola oil
1/2 tsp. minced garlic
1/2 tsp. minced shallot (optional)
Salt and pepper, to taste
12 phyllo cups
1/2 lb. brie, cut into 1/2-inch squares

Instructions

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Cut grapes in half. Meanwhile, in a medium sauté pan set on medium-high, heat oil until almost smoking. Quickly add grapes, garlic and shallot, and toss for about 10 seconds. Remove from heat and season with salt and pepper. Spoon grape mixture evenly into 12 phyllo cups. Top each cup with a piece of brie.

Place on a parchment-lined or sprayed cookie sheet and bake for 3 minutes or until brie has melted. Remove from oven and enjoy.
